Kathryn Pidgeon has been handling adoptions in Arizona for more than 18 years. She has handled over 1,000 adoptions in her career and assists both birth parents in their adoption placement, and adoptive parents in their search for a child and finalizing their adoption. She routinely represents step-parents, grandparents and relatives in their adoptions. She also represents foster children and handles the adoptions of foster children in Arizona.

Kathryn is a Pro Tem Judge in Arizona and was awarded the Angel in Adoption Congressional Award in 2004. She routinely speaks to groups on adoption and teaches several seminars on the subject each year. She has served on the board of the Arizona Friends of Foster Children Foundation for over 20 years. She currently serves on the board of Catholic Social Services as well. She is immediate Past President of the Brophy College Prep's Mothers' Guild.

Kathryn is assisted in the office by Kim Staley, a legal assistant currently attending law school  in the evening. She is married to Steven D. Pidgeon, a corporate securities attorney at Snell & Wilmer and has three sons.
